Coach Stephanie is a dedicated Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor at Storm MMA & Fitness with a diverse athletic background and a passion for helping young athletes succeed. With 8 years of wrestling experience, 4 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, and experience teaching wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and strength training, she is committed to building confident, disciplined, and resilient students.

As a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Coach Stephanie has compiled an impressive 16-1 competition record and is a 3-time ADCC Open Champion. She also competed as a collegiate wrestler and has achieved several historic milestones throughout her athletic career, including becoming the first female sectional wrestling champion and state qualifier in Kingman, Arizona, as well as a member of the first women's wrestling team at Utah Tech.

In addition to her competitive accomplishments, Coach Stephanie has successfully hosted multiple youth wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu camps, helping young athletes develop strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the sport.

Before pursuing martial arts, Stephanie spent five years as a starting offensive and defensive lineman in football, further demonstrating her versatility as an athlete and her commitment to teamwork and perseverance.

Outside the academy, Coach Stephanie enjoys expressing her creativity as an artist and spending time caring for animals as a pet sitter.

Coach Stephanie is passionate about creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, and reach their full potential—both on and off the mats.
