Alonzo "The Quietstorm" Jordan is the owner of Storm MMA & Fitness, head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Instructor, and he also coaches MMA. With years of high-level competition and coaching experience, Alonzo is passionate about developing students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive fighters.

Alonzo began his martial arts career at just 17 years old, compiling an impressive 9-1 amateur record. During his amateur career, he earned recognition as the No. 1 Ranked Amateur in Texas, was nominated for TXMMA Amateur of the Year, and received honors for Breakout Prospect of the Year and Fight of the Year.

As a professional mixed martial artist, Alonzo finished his career with a 5-2-1 record, with all but one of his victories coming by finish. His performances were featured on MMA Insider with Bas Rutten, and he trained alongside elite athletes at some of the nation's premier gyms, including Ludwig Martial Arts, Team Alpha Male, and Glory MMA. He also captured a Flyweight World Title during his professional career.

Today, Alonzo brings that same championship mindset to every class, combining technical instruction, real-world experience, and a commitment to helping every student reach their full potential—whether their goal is self-defense, fitness, competition, or becoming a champion.

​When he's not on the mats, Alonzo enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée, Vanessa, and their daughter, Alora. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he brings those same values of dedication, respect, and support into the culture at Storm MMA & Fitness.
